Microstructure and Properties of Ti-6Al-2Zr-2V-1.5Mo Alloy Plate
Microstructure and property of the Ti-6Al-2Zr-2V1.5Mo alloy plate during deformation and annealing process were studied in this paper. The results show that Ti-6Al-2Zr-2 V-1. 5Mo alloy plates with excellent microstructure and mechanical property can be obtained through appropriate deformation and annealing process when using the 10 ton vacuum consumable arc furnace, 3150 ton hydraulic press,2500 tons fast forging machine and 1200mm reversing hot mill, etc. The microstructures of the plates exhibit uniform platelet o or equiaxed o+p transformed structure. The mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-2Zr2V-1. 5Mo alloy plate are: σb:930~1150MPa,σ0.2:850~ 1050MPa,δ:10~18%,φ: 18~40%, 500℃, σb:500~700MPa, 500℃ and 100 h lasting strength: 440~480MPa, which can satisfy the need of aerospace and related manufacturing industry.
