Effect of Rolling Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo Plate

This paper describes the effect of rolling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-3Nb-2Zr-1Mo plate. According to the β transus(Tβ),three different rolling temperatures of Tβ + 70 ~100℃,Tβ + 30~50℃ and Tβ- 30~50℃ were selected. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the rolled plates were studied. The results show that the plate rolled at Tβ-30~5℃ possesses uniform bimodal structure and exhibits better combination mechanical properties.
