Phase Transformation and Microstructure Evolution in Hot Rolled TB-13 Alloy during Continuous Heating
Phase transformation and microstructure characteristics in hot rolled TB-13 alloy were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy and dilatometric analysis. Besides, the roles of deformation on ω phase transformation had been discussed. Results showed that phase transformation in hot rolled TB-13 alloy during continuous heating including four stages,β→ellipsoidal ω,β+ω→acicular α,β→lamellar α, lamellar α→β The formation of to was accelerated and the average activation energy for β→ω transformation was decreased by hot rolling because the defects introduced by hot rolling assisted the nucleation of ω phase.
