Effect of Rolling and Annealing Process on TA2 Texture

XRD was employed to analyze the texture evolution during rolling and annealing process,and the texture components after cold rolling and annealing were measured with EBSD. The texture concentrated on the pole with angle misorientations 30°-40°along both sides of TD, represented by (0002)±30~40°TD.
