Effect of Processing Parameters on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of CT20 Alloy Tube
The relationship between the deformation degree, Q value, annealing temperature .the variation regularities of deforemation characteristic, microstructure and tensile properties of the CT20 alloy tube was studied. The results show that the alloy has good cold workability, wider annealing temperature range,and the strength of the alloy tube can be improved by increasing of Q value. The different typical microstructure is obtained in this alloy when the selected anneanling temperature is conducted. The equiaxed microstructure has better tensile properties at room temperature.
