Effect of Microstructure on the Properties of a Near-α High-Temperature Titanium Alloy
In this work, the effect of microstructure on thermal stability and high temperature tensile properties of a near-a high-temperature titanium alloy are investigated. The alloy exhibits a good thermal stability below 650℃, lamellar structure can provide good matching of strengthen and plasticity, and can get the best creep resistance; when anneal temperature is risen,strengthen of the alloy increases,and tensile strengthen is higher after duplex-annealing than after single annealing.
