Discussion on X-ray Test Method of T-shaped Titanium Castings

摘要：

To the technical problem of easy occurrence of missed test on deficiencies or of difficulty in evaluating films because of big blackness difference when performing 100％ X-ray test on key places at crossing angles in T-shaped titanium castings,this article describes how to choose the incidence angle at corner of T-shaped titanium castings for X-ray test,and how to calculate the radiographic thickness according to chosen incidence angle. Based on the work, this article determines the test sensitivity and the radiographic process parameters.
