Reducing Receive Buffer Blocking in CMT Based on SCTP Using Retransmission Policy

This paper makes focus to study the reason of causing Receive Buffer (rbuf) Blocking in CMT basing on SCTP with finite rbuf , and gives a new retransmission algorithm with considering of both delay and loss rate ,which selects the most effective path to retransmite data chunks in order to reduce rbuf blocking. A demonstrate using simulation is provided showing that it can reduce rbuf blocking effectively and improve the CMTs overall throughput.
