Research on Evaluation System of Credit Risk for Telecommunication Customers
According to the customers actual circumstance of telecommunication, this article made a qualitative analysis for the factors that affect the telecommunication customers credit risk, through the reputation 5C analysis method and the characteristic analysis method. It set a series of main evaluation factors and evaluation indexes, and then this paper made the quantitative analysis for both the group customer and the public customer by the Analytic Hierarchy Process, but it analyzed the public customers credit risk mainly.
