Analysis on the Listed Companies Cash Dividend Policies

摘要：

Dividend policy, as the most important part of financial management of listed companies, not only has a close relationship among senior management, shareholders and creditors, but also affects the companys stock price and future development. This paper firstly analyzed the distribution of cash dividends of listed companies, and then studied deeply on the factors affecting cash dividends; at last it gave some countermeasures and suggestions to standardize cash dividend policies of Chinas listed companies.
