An Analysis on the Problems of Development of E-commerce for Small and Medium Size Enterprises within Heilongjiang Province
In Chinas eleventh five year plan there is a proposal to develop ecommerce between large enterprises and then to extend it to small and medium size businesses, key industries and third party providers etc. Ecommerce is quote as “the greatest potential opportunity for future business“, we should actively promote it and accelerate its development. This paper will analysis the current ecommerce situation, relevant problems and emphasis the importance of developing ecommerce for Heilongjiangs economy. From this we will provide advice for small and medium size enterprises with regard to participating in ecommerce.
