摘要：

According to Accenture’s egovernment public service evaluation system, integrate KANO model’s basic idea, guide by citizen’s demand, construct “citizencentered egovernment public service system and then empirical analysis Huzhou egovernment public service by fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and finally gives the corresponding conclusions and recommendations.
