Combined with our countrys legislative status and social needs, this article outlines the legislative system of Ecommerce from the view of Ecommerce legislation of international experience. Furthermore, this article elaborates the legislative strategy of the Ecommerce from the legislative policy、orientation、content、interpretation and method．
