Incentive Research of Enterprise Employees Based on Psychology Contract Duality Classifies Model

Employees’ work efficiency and the work enthusiasm improvement depend largely on incentive levels that the enterprise supplies. Considering from the angle ofpsychology contract duality classifies model, when the enterprise motivate employees, they should adhere to the principles of opennes, fairness and justice, build the good enterprise culture atmosphere, perfect the salary system and performance evaluation mechanism, strengthen organization communication, clear psychology contract of contract, firm up psychology contract of psychology, make employees as one part in the enterprise, display their own initiatives selfconsciously.
