Analysis of Human Capital and Economic Growth in Hunan Province:1978-2007
Human capital has a positive correlation to economic growth in Hunan Province. Among them, the improvement proportion of higher education population plays a greater role on economic growth in Hunan Province. After 30 years of development, Hunan province has made tremendous progress in education, but there is the great potential to be tapped. Therefore, we should keep improving the level of educational development in Hunan Province, consolidating the basis of primary education and secondary education, increasing the proportion of the population in higher education, which lay a solid foundation for healthy development in sustaining Hunan Province economy.
