摘要：

the paper uses GEM enterprises as research objects, analyzes the influencing factors of highgrowth enterprise debt financing, and empirically studies on the efficiency of highgrowth enterprise debt financing through VRS model of DEA. Give some suggestions to improve the efficiency of highgrowth enterprise debt financing.
