On Unification of Enterprise Innovation and Control
The sustainable development of modern enterprise has become a target harder to achieve than the efficiency of management. On the analysis of the vast majority of cases that enterprises are successful or failed, the paper presents the theory of innovative and control integrity. After giving a basic definition for two concepts of enterprise innovation capability and enterprise controlling force, the paper borrows the force analysis method of physics and analysis method of analytic geometry to discuss why organic unification of enterprise innovative force and controlling force is the essential condition for the enterprise’s healthy development and success.
