AHP-based Evaluation on College Teachers’ Classroom Teaching Quality Taking T College as an example
Using AHP, carry out scientific and rational evaluation on college teachers’ classroom teaching quality. We have learned by questionnaire and AHPbased data process that: among the 7 aspects such as teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching skills, teaching organization, teaching effects and afterschool work selected in the index system, the teaching contents have the maximum weight, the teaching methods, teaching skills and teaching organization take second place. The 4 factors play a very important role in college teachers’ classroom teaching quality evaluation.
