Technological Innovation and Performance: R & D and Marketing Capabilities Perspective
Effects of technological innovation on performance are significantly important to firm’s competitive advantages. This paper aims to find the key points when studying effects of technological innovation on performance, and to build a conceptual model. The results show that R&D and marketing capabilities are critical. In the conceptual model, not only effects of R&D and marketing capabilities, but also integration of two capabilities should be included. The paper will contribute to the further empirical research in this field.
