The Model Research of Business R&D Staff’s Incentive Remuneration
Nowadays it is a common phenomenon in business field that business R&D staff lack initiative in their work, meanwhile R&D achievements and market demands are disconnected. Based on this starting point, existential defects in present remuneration allocation model of business R&D team in business field are analyzed in this paper. Furthermore a new incentive remuneration model is put forward. We hope that business R&D staff’s work initiative can be effectively maneuvered by the gradual popularization of this allocation model, remuneration income and market sale amount of R&D achievements can be joint, which ensures that R&D and market demands are closely correlated, business benefits are improved and innovation development is pushed forward in a better way.
