Research on the evaluation of creative enterprise’s knowledge management ability

Since the birth of creative enterprise, its output capability is always far from consumers’ demand of creative products. With the development of research, scholars of creative industry and management industry has found that knowledge management ability which can influence the performance of creative enterprise is a very important factor. Based on the research of the evaluation index and execution on domestic and foreign enterprise knowledge management ability, and combined with the specific conditions of creative enterprises, this article regards maturity thought and knowledge management capability maturity model (KMMM) as a guide, defines the maturity on the knowledge management capability of creative enterprise, and points out the limitation when the maturity model of knowledge management capability applies into Chinese creative enterprise.
