The Evolution of Multinational Enterprises Competitive Advantage from the Persepective of Strategic Human Capital
Strategic human capital provides a new perspective to study enterprises competitive advantage. By matching the multinational enterprise strategic human capital with the enterprise strategy and the strategic human resource management practice in crosscultural environment, the evolution process of formation, maintain and update to the multinational enterprise strategic human capital practice is explored, and the evolution mechanism of multinational enterprise strategic human capital practice to its competitive advantage is revealed.
