Research on the Innovation Capacity of Chinese Sports Goods Enterprises under the global Competition Background

This paper analyzes the sporting goods enterprises?problems from technology innovation and organizational innovation and proposes the countermeasures based on the theory of enterprises innovation ability. The study found that there are many problems within Chinese sports goods enterprises, for example, lack of independent intellectual property, brands and core technology, less innovation input, lack of talents and lowquality managers and so on. For enhancing the competitiveness and innovation capability of domestic sports goods enterprises, Chinese sports goods enterprises need to increase innovation input, reform R & D system, foster worldrenowned sports brands and improve enterprises?organization.
