On Evaluation System of the Degree of Regional Coordinated Development

摘要：

this paper proposes a new evaluation system which consists of four main subsystems of resource, environment, economy and society, at the same time, the mathematical method is used in this new evaluation system. This new system can evaluate the degree of development of a single region and also can evaluate that of the coordinated development of different regions.
