Research on Evaluation System of Knowledge Transfer Capability in ERP Implementation Project
According to the specific characteristics in ERP implementation process, this paper decides the subjects and directions of knowledge transfer, improves the five aspects of Performance Prism Model and introduces the index of Ability of Learning and Innovation from Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the related ability of ERP implementation team. Based on Performance Prism Model and Balanced Scorecard, this paper develops the new assessment system targeting at measuring the capability of knowledge transfer in ERP implementation project. At the end of this paper, it raises the problems unsolved and future research direction.
