Some Considerations on Risk Management for Critical Points in Export Procedure

摘要：

Export Procedure covers five critical points, namely negotiation and formation of sales contract, manufacture outsourcing and purchasing, export agency, transportation and documentation and collection of export proceeds, behind which there exist huge risks. In order to mitigate or avoid the risks effectively, it is imperative to carry on risk management for the critical points in export procedure. This paper analyzes the risks in five critical points in export procedures and puts forward some suggestions for managing these risks.
