Regulation Change of Western Countries and Enlightment

摘要：

Administrative regulation of westen countries had been changed over a handred years, and it had experienced three periods. From traditional regulation to release regulation to reregulation, theories and contents of regulation had been changed obviously in defferent periods. This paper organizes courses, contents and theories of regulation reform of westen countries., then draws conclusions about regulation reform for China.
