Learning Efficiency Research among Innovation Networks Based on the Energy Transfer in the Ecosystem

摘要：

The innovation ability of a corporation depends so much on the learning efficiency about new knowledge. The learning efficiency is conditioned by the nature of knowledge, and accumulated knowledge of the company itself and the knowledge interaction among innovative networks. The point of this article is based on the energy transfer theory in the ecosystem. It generalized the factors which affected the learning efficiency of the company and advanced the way how to improve it.
