Financial Analysis on the Growth of Listed Companies in the Real Estate Industry

摘要：

The company stakeholders are all focus on the growth of listed companies, which is an important indicator of the listed companies’ conditions. Because the growth of listed companies plays an important role for the stakeholders, to study it is significant. However, the documents about the growth of listed companies of the real estate industry are less; this paper constructed the evaluation model of the growth of listed companies in the real estate industry from the financial perspective, used the principal component analysis method to analyze the real estate industry, and provided the valuable reference to the business stakeholders.
