Application for Theory of Customer Delivered Value in Medical Treatment Service
By analysis on the problems of difficult capital circulation, resource waste, low efficiency and so on, in the small and medium medical institutions, this paper applies the theory of customer delivered value to fabricate an evaluating index for medical treatment service, which is used to evaluate the medical institutions to find out sources of the problems, afterwards, to propose some countermeasures for these problems.
