Talking about the dual-qualification teachers team construction of automation in higher vocational education under work-integrated learning

Workintegrated learning is the inevitable requirement of Higher vocational education law.It has currently become the theme of active exploration of talent training mode reform of vocational colleges. Improving educational reform and training professional technical personnel largely depends on the dualqualification teachers construction. This paper proposes dualqualification teachers team construction scheme under workintegrated learning aiming at Automation specialty in higher vocational teachers present situation.
