Analyzing Technological Innovation Process’ self-organization Evolution Fluctuation Mechanism
In the late 1970s, the concept of technological innovation systems was formed and established just because national innovation systems theory was put forward. People understanding the process of technological innovation went through the development process as follows: from linear, deterministic model of development, to random model, then to selforganization evolution, etc. The Process of technological innovation is open, nonreversible and nonequilibrium, with nonlinear and random fluctuation action mechanism, and it is a kind of process of selforganization evolution from old structural instability to new structure establishment. The paper expatiates that technological innovation process was evolutional process of system, dynamic, selforganization, mainly studies internal and external mechanism of selforganization evolutional motive from three aspects which are fluctuation factors, micro fluctuation amplification conditions and instability. Finally the thesis concludes models of it.
