Enhancing Graduates Employability through Experimental Learning Taking Economics and Business Administration Undergraduates as an example
Enrolment expansion in colleague in China makes higher education transform from superior education to mass education. In the eye of society, college graduates’ employability has taken the place of a diploma and become a new standard to measure the quality of university’s education. This new standard requires the education model of higher education should make a new adjustment. The introduction of experiential learning can improve the employability of students, and can also be a fundamental solution to students’ inadequate employability.
