Study on the Optimization-effect of Supply-Chain in Horizontal Merger and Acquisition Enterprise

摘要：

This paper studies the theoretical and empirical issues of the optimizationeffect of supplychain in horizontal M&A. It studies the impacts of horizontal M&A on improving the efficiency of supply chain managerment, optimizing supply chain structure and achieving economies of scale in overall costs of supply chain. The paper indicates that M&A is a kind of supply chain optimization management means, and enterprises should pay more attention to the changes of supply chain during M&A.
