People-oriented incentives for Organizational Knowledge Management
Competitiveness of the enterprises depends on the valuable and irreplaceable knowledge and resources inside the organization. The ability of acquiring, sharing and innovating knowledge effective can promote the development of the organization. But in the process of implementing knowledge management will meet some obstacles, one reason is that the traditional incentive mechanism does not adapt to the present development of knowledge management. Based on the organizational behavior management and the psychology, combined with the characteristics of Chinese organizations, this essay proposed the peopleoriented incentive mechanism and the corresponding measures.
