Research on the Correlation between Knowledge Integration Capability and M&A Performance

摘要：

Effective integration of knowledge from merged enterprises is an important means and step to improve M&A performance in the integration process afterwards. The paper explores the correlation between knowledge integration capability and M&A performance of enterprises, and conducts an empirical study on that correlation. Studies have shown that knowledge integration capability and core competence have a remarkable, direct and positive impact on M&A performance.
