Study on the Mechanism of Knowledge Integration Enhancing Core Competence of Enterprises

摘要：

Knowledge is the unique resource of an enterprise and the fundamental factor for constructing the core competence of the given enterprise. Effective integration of knowledge guarantees an enterprise’s acquisition of advantages over others in the rapidly changing world. The paper analyzes the economic mechanism uncovered by knowledge integration theory, and proposes that knowledge integration helps to enhance the core competence of enterprises.
