Research of Incentive Mechanism of Knowledgeable Employees’ Demand Based on Human Capital Storage Quantity
It is always an important challenge to enterprises how to manage and motivate knowledgetype employees effectively in the knowledge age. This paper summarizes many articles which are concerned about knowledgetype employees’ demand and incentive mechanism, and statement knowledge type employees’ demand factors on the view of human capital storage quantity. It leads the enterprise to make reasonable incentive mechanisms and correct investments by analysis of knowledgetype employees’ human capital storage quantity factors, in order to display ability of knowledgetype employees’ completely and create more value for enterprise.
