Analysis on Factors affecting Competitiveness of Service Trade from the Perspective of Intra-product Specialization --Based on Empirical Study of Input-Output Tables of 11 OECD countries
Intraproduct specialization affects service trade mainly through service outsourcing. Based on InputOutput Tables of 11 OECD countries, this paper analyses the impact of factors, which includ intermediate inputs of producer services in manufacturing and service sectors, labor cost of producer services, and the development level of information, communication &technology level, on the competitiveness of trade of service. Policy recommendation is also provided.
