Research on Conflict Management Model of Chinese family business
In this paper, firstly, the theoretical model on the relationship of conflict level and organizational performance is established based on basic theories of conflict. Secondly, interpersonal, structure and cultural conflicts are analyzed combining the bottleneck problems of the present Chinese family enterprises in process of further development. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures are given from resolving destructive conflicts and motivating the constructive destructive.
