A Demonstration Research on Job Satisfaction of the Employee from the Private Enterprise ----Based on LH Group Co., LTD. Tang Shan

In this paper, we investigate the employee’s job satisfaction from the private enterprise LH Group Co., LTD. ,and explore the factors which influence the job satisfaction.This paper takes the staffs of LH Company as the studying object, which company is a largescale private enterprise by the steel and iron production as the primarily business, and it is a representative exampleBy reviews the predecessors researches, defines the frame of reference, and reviews the theories about the job satisfaction, then develops a questionnaire to test the employees job satisfaction of this company and studies the influence by the different factors on the job satisfaction,finally, we gives some suggestions to improve the job satisfaction. The result shows: (1) vigorously improves the working condition, introduces advanced production technology;(2) provides the different training content to the different education background staffs;(3) reforms the system for promotion, establihes the efficient system for the selection; (4) reforms the salary structure, consummates the welfare system; (5) develops the channel of the communication, improves the subordinate communication; (6) enhances the consciousness of the scientific management, carries on the human nature system construction.
