The Research on the Impact of R&D on the GEM-listed Companies Growth
We studied the impact factor of R&D on GEMlisted companies growth based on the financial perspective, using a method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical test, the object of the study is 98 GEMlisted companies before the end of July 2010. We discovered R&D factor of a company will significantly impact a GEMlisted companies growth, asset size are not significant impact factors. This result will help us to understand the impact factors of GEMlisted companies growth, and provide reference for following GEMlisted companies growth and development.
