Establishment and application of evaluation Index System of a low carbon economy
With more and more attention paid to lowcarbon economy, as a country with large carbon dioxide emissions, China attaches much importance to the development of lowcarbon economy. Firstly, a lowcarbon economy evaluation index system is established in this paper in order to fully reflect the comprehensive development of lowcarbon economy. Then the Delphi method is used to determine the index layer of index weight and the linear weighting method is employed to get the comprehensive index of lowcarbon economy. Finally, we take 6 cities in economic zone of Shandong Peninsula for sample to evaluate the carbon content in the economic development of the region specifically with a view to providing a basis for decisionmaking of future development.
