The Control Research of PID in Heating-furnace System

arming at characteristics of heatingfurnace system, fractionalorder model and integer order model are discussed to describe the heatingfurnace system. Classical PID control method is also studied. Then, this paper presents the PID control method based on fractionalorder model. Meanwhile, integer order controllers based on both fractionalorder model and integer order model are designed and simulation study is done. Comparing the control methods and strategies of fractionalorder model and integer order model, a conclusion is drawn that PID control based on fractionalorder model is much more complex than that of integer order model.
