The establishment of strategy performance evaluation index system in college rear service

Aiming at the lack of performance evaluation index system of college rear service, this article built the model of strategic performance evaluation index system of college rear service based on the balanced scorecard principle, and also built the performance evaluation index system through four dimensions: teachers and students, financial and security, internal management, innovation and development. The establishment of this performance evaluation index system filled the gap of previous research and provided a theoretical and practical guidance for college rear service.
