Key Issues of Long-term Talent Development Plan in Henan Coal Industry

It is necessary to outline the longterm development plan in Henan coal industry. Planning is marked by the core concept of scientific development, peopleoriented and talent development, useoriented. Planning should be forwardlooking and strategic. And plan implementation should be carried out according to working priority, pushing forward key work and then upgrading the whole. It requires governments, industry associations and intermediary business divisions to bear their responsibilities and work together to advance the plan.
