The launching of Chinese GEB is playing a important role in the development of SMEsHowever, due to both of the subjective and objective reason, the pullulation of the GEB enterprises faces a lot of difficultiesand the research focus on their pullulation and investment valueThe paper researches the influencing factors of retaillisted corporation growth in factor analysis method and multivariable regressin model using empirical dataAccording to the real diagnosis analysis result the paper constructs theanalysis framework of SMEs growth influential factors from theoretical view and applies macropolicy suggestions and microaction instructions for Chinese GEB enterprises development from practice view.
