The Obstacle and Strategy of Distributed Energy in Development for Chongqing Industrial Park

摘要：

For the energy supply tension for industrial park in Chongqing, the paper put forward the ideas about the distributed energy, to effectively deal with the issues in energy security and environmental protection. But,through the survey, we found that developing the distributed energy system in Industrial Park, there are some constraints: ideas and knowledge, technology, policy and mechanism, market, etc. So the article bring forward some measures form company, superintend department of industrial park, government.
