A Research of Fluidity Evaluation on Project Risk of Investment Decision-making

摘要：

For the fluidity of project, the paper exploits the evaluating model of its fluidity by the relationships of its fluidity and fund reclaimed time, quantity. Then, it develops the indexes of risk evaluation, as the yield standard criterion in fluidity of project, the indexes of project risk yield. So they are more reasonble for decisionmaking of project.
