A Study on the Unfair Competition of Retail industry in China
During the 1990 to 2010, unfair competition of retail industry received a lot of attention from the marketing discipline in China. Unfair competition is defined as the oversupply of national treatment to learn about competitors’ factors on a continuous basis, permitting them to act on events and trends in present and potential markets. And the area of foreign capital retail industry has extended from testing cities to all of the medium and economic central cities nationally. The development of the retail industry of our country has been concerned from experts, faced overall expansion and developing at full speed of the foreign retail industry. Some disputes, such as national treatment, entry restriction, total sales of social consumer goods retail and government concerning, etc, had been analyzed according to the current situation of retail industry objectively.
